I joined Kimmy for one of her trips working on the Lahaina wildfire recovery.

A mountaineering day on Snowfield Peak. It was an 18 mile day with the classic steep, rooty, vegetative North Cascades approach.

For my birthday weekend we climbed Silverstar Peak, rock climbed in the Methow during bad weather in the alpine, and then 'shwacked our way to the top of Ruby Peak.

Weekend trip traversing between Ruth and Icy Peaks. They're just north of Mt Shuksan and are a popular traverse that includes glacier travel and some light rock scrambling.

A brief stint of funemployment between grad school and working, so three of us took 20 days to climb the main cascade volcanoes as fast as we could. Twenty peaks in twenty days!

Fall colors in Colorado and neighboring states. We would usually take an annual trip to Crested Butte for biking and running around the aspens.

Managed a handful of days climbing some of the smaller towers in the week leading into our Twenty-Peaks trip. In the night pics of El Cap, some of the little lights are our friend Michael.

I spent a summer in 2017 working for Sanergy as part of my Master's degree in environmental engineering at CU Boulder. The job was analyzing for bottlenecks in the waste treatment process for informal settlements. I climbed on all my weekends with the people I met over there.

Nick and I did a bit of trekking around and then climbed Imja Tse (Island Peak) at 20,000 ft. We also were in the 2015 earthquake.
